AiM Sports sponsors 2006 MyChron4 Woodbridge Kart Club Championship Series

Roanoke, VA – March 1, 2006 – AiM Sports, maker of the popular MyChron line of kart racing gauges and data loggers, is proud to be the title sponsor for the 2006 MyChron4 Woodbridge Kart Club Championship Series.

WKC has scheduled a 5 event for the series utilizing 2 tracks at Summit Point Motorsports Park and the North course at Virginia International Raceway. The series is for Sprint Enduro and Laydown Enduro karts. Here’s the current event schedule:

• March 31st April 1st & 2nd Summit Point Motorsports Park
• May 13th & 14th Summit Point Motorsports Park
• May 26th 27th & 28th Virginia International Raceway
• July 21st, 22nd & 23rd Summit Point Motorsports Park
• Sept. 22nd, 23rd & 24th Summit Point Motorsports Park

WKC was founded in 1960 making it one of the oldest kart clubs in the US, and currently has over 300 members. WKC members fared well recently at Daytona, including championship wins by Tiffany McCollum. Kevin Kopp, Bear Rothenhoefer, Peter Ludwig, Donny Warren, Jason Slahor, and Travis Miller.

The Woodbridge Kart Club (WKC) is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to organize and sanction kart competition activities.
