Kart Data Seminar in Calgary, AB
Overdrive Motorsports will be hosting a Practical Karting Data Acquisition seminar at the Cardel Theater in Calgary, Alberta on Saturday August 6th, 2011. It'll run from 10am until 4pm with a provided lunch at noon. Roger Caddell from AiM Sports will be presenting the seminar.

ae Performace Lap Record
The BMW M3 from ae Performance laid down a 1:47.245 at Auto Club Speedway to set a RTA Street Tire RWD record. A new demo Solo, data logging GPS lap timer, and SmartyCam were onboard to capture it. The YouTube video can be seen here.

Karting World Record Attempt
To benefit the national Tourette Syndrome Association - friend and former AiM support engineer, Trey Shannon, will attempt to break the individual world distance record for 24 hours in a go kart. Trey's attempt will take place on October 25th, 2011 at New Castle Motorsports Park in New Castle, Indiana.

Houston, We Have a Seminar

Auto racers know that data is an integral part of any winning program, but it can be a challenge to quickly and effectively decipher what it all means. Roger Caddell, of AiM Sports will teach you how to build practical analysis strategies for improving driver performance and car setup. The seminar will be held on Sunday, July 10th, 2011, from 9am until 3pm at MSR Houston. The seminar is free to members and $25 to non-members. Lunch and beverages will be provided. Bring your note pad, your laptop, and your questions.

Seminar in So-Cal, July 30th
Roger Caddell of AiM Sports will be presenting a practical karting data acquisition seminar at Empire Karts in Redlands on Saturday, July 30th, 2011. Roger will present the class in two three hour sections. The first, starting at 9:00 AM, and running until noon, will be an intermediate level class. After a break for lunch (provided), advanced level topics will be cover from 1:00 PM until 4:00.

Race Studio Update 2.44.04
