AiM Sports is seeking a qualified individual to join our Technical Service team! The ideal applicant should have a passion for motorsports, enjoy traveling, be well versed in MS Windows operating systems and MS Office software suite, possess excellent critical thinking skills, demonstrate outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, have a valid Drivers license and clean driving record, and must be able to work weekends. - Job Duties
- Provide in-house and trackside customer service and technical support.
- Manage and appropriately respond to daily product service load.
- Deliver dealer training - providing product installation guidance, software integration, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Assist in sales efforts by interfacing with customers and explaining new product offerings. Act as the primary liaison between AiM Sports and all internal/external customers during track events, tradeshows, etc.
- Provide pre-sale and post-sale technical support to address customer concerns/questions on all aspects of products.
- Field, research, resolve, and respond to technically oriented product and software related customer service calls.
- Assist in product testing and development.

Or men are still needed in our Roanoke Virginia Southeast World Headquarters. The ideal applicant will have some data acquisition and/or racing experience, some knowledge of the Windows operating system, posess a good driving record, enjoy travel to exotic locations, be able to work weekends, good phone skills, an outgoing personality is a deifinite plus. Duties will include technical support on the phone and in the field, repairs and service in the office and phone sales. Employment Opportunities
We currently have openings in our Roanoke Virginia and Lake Elsinore California offices. Applicants should love racing, be reliable, friendly, hard working, honest, energetic and outgoing. Must have good driving record and be able to travel and work weekends. A good knowledge of Windows is a plus as is the ability to speak any foreign languages. Duties will include handling support calls, repairs and technical support at race tracks throughout the United States and Canada.
